A building with multiple residencies composed of four simple and affordable apartments and a penthouse. The top floor is devoted to the penthouse, whose openness and transparency are achieved by minimizing partitions while using carefully defined intersecting volumes and windows at important sight lines. Spaces flow into each other but remain distinct and private.
